What's that? You don't think you have what it takes to make real progress in your meditation practice? You can't find time to meditate hours a day, every day?

The Kriya Yoga meditation techniques put such powerful spiritual forces into play, that practicing just 2 minutes a day is infinite progress over no practice at all.

Once the wheels are in motion, 2 minutes twice a day is infinite progress times infinite progress.

How about 10 minutes a day - are you up to that? Or maybe 10 minutes every other day? In the overall scheme of things, that is a LOT of progress.

Okay. Now - how about 24 hours a day - you're looking at a bunch of progress here, folks!

So how does one meditate 24 hours a day?

Make every breath a Healing or Hong-Sau Kriya technique (or the advanced Kriya Kundalini Pranayama technique).

Practice Prayer, Mantra, Chanting, Affirmations and Singing throughout the day.

Practice silence and introspection. When you must speak, maintain your meditative state by speaking with compassion.

Practice Yoga Nidra.

Practice Prayer, Mantra, Chanting and Affirmations in your dreams - try it, with practice it can be done!

This discussion of Infinite Progress is concluded with some quotations from the spoken word of the Christ (independent translations)

"Hear and understand. It is not what enters into the mouth that defiles the man, but what proceeds out of the mouth - this defiles the man."

"I have come to bring judgment to this world - that those who are truly blind may see - and that those who can see, but choose to turn a blind eye, will be struck blind."
